I'm thinking it's obligation on the decree to protect the information which can specify customer's individual (as below "personal information") and also Kobe mechanical corporation is important social obligation. Personal information is important for a customer and is important information, and I recognize that it should be treated appropriately, and I set a personal information protection policy, respect a right about customer's personal information and protect this as follows.

The merit of the personal information and use
When acquiring customer's personal information, we'll assume that it's acquired by a proper way, and the use purpose is specified as much as possible, and or it's announced officially in home pages whether I'll inform the person himself. Acquired personal information is treated in its reach necessary to the use purpose.
Offer of personal information
Customer's personal information isn't offered to a third person in any place but an operation outsourcing destination without agreement of the customer person himself. But, when needing the occasion based on the decree and cooperation to official facilities, it isn't this limit.
Safety control of personal information
To stop hacking to personal information, loss, destruction, garble and a leak, etc., I take a measure technically also maintain a safe control system and make an effort toward protection of customer's personal information.
Publication of the use purpose, elucidation and correction, etc.
When an offer of elucidation, correction and elimination was made from the customer person himself about the personal information I keep for a customer, we do elucidation, correction and elimination in the rational area. But, when judging to hinder the occasion with the fear that the other life of the customer and profit of the body and the goods and other things are hurt or our job performance remarkably, it isn't this limit. A decree concerned is a decree in a case with decision, and it's based and corresponds appropriately.
